Chef Sean Conry Award winning chef at Longboards

Chef Sean Conry prides himself in sourcing out the finest fresh, local and organic ingredients, keeping the restaurant fresh with the ever changing wine list and menus. Sean is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has been the Executive Chef at Longboards for 15 years. The twenty-three year career of this chef has taken him all over the country.

Sean and Longboards have won several awards including the prestigious “Blazing Chef”  and gold medal for food and wine pairing, and  silver and bronze medals for great food at the Lake Tahoe Autumn Food & Wine Festival and Best of Show and the People’s Choice award at the annual Taste of Plumas.  Under Sean’s direction, Longboards has received the Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence for the past six years. Read more about Sean here

Restaurant Hours

Longboards will open May 5th Thurs-Sunday for dinner.

Starting June 1st Longboards will be open 7 days a week for Dinner and Lunch on Sat. and Sun.

Dinner: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
